Owner, Dan Footman started Big Foot Properties back in 1997 in Tampa, FL with 18 properties.  Mr. Footman now owns over 80 pieces of property, and 75 acres of land ranging from Tampa, FL, Jacksonville, FL, Polk county, and Baker county.  Dan Footman known to many as Big Foot, has a huge success with his up and coming business.  Dan moved to Jacksonville FL from Tampa FL in 1996 and thus began his journey.  He purchased his first property in Tampa 1997, then in 1999 started to purchase in Jacksonville.  He continued to be active in real estate by moving on to commercial properties in 2000.  Dan became a general contractor in 2003 for residential and commercial.  In 2004 Mr. Footman went on to become a licensed real estate broker.  At this time he began Big Foot Realty, INC. Big Foot Properties, and Big Foot Realty, INC has a bright future and the right team members on his side.  Mr. Footman says “I feel Big Foot Properties would not have made it this far without team work alone the way.  We have a work hard play hard type of environment that keeps us motivated”. 

Dan Footman finds time in his busy schedule to give back to the community by making many contributions to FL. State University for student training scholarships, LSU for student training scholarships, The Special Olympics, and received a certificate of appreciation for the Stay In School Message Series.
